Hello leaders in community!
Ruth Narveson posted a great question within Image Ala Carte group comment which in opinion would also serves great purpose for all the ladies (those of you who happen to have the same question). That said, following is my response to Ruth’s question.
Hello there Ruth, a very ‘lady-like’ beautiful lady… :-)!
Excellent question… “What would be the best pant length for a woman, especially if they are short legged?”
First… when you must wear a suit, wear the one with a short jacket
and a tapered bottom or a straight cut pant (avoid cuffs, wide-legged,
or bell-bottoms at all cost). Go with high-waisted ones, as they tend
to create the illusion that your legs start in a higher place ~ side
note: Ignore this tip if you’re short-waisted.
Rule of thumb is to always choose long tapered bottoms like leggings or
cigarette pants. For late spring and summer time, you may want to
choose Capri or pedal pushers for your casual wear.
Awesome question once again Ruth (keep it coming :-)), I sure hope that
provides the answer you were looking for and I’m certain all other
ladies in the community would find it helpful as well. Look forward to
connecting on our 1-on-1 session shortly. Until then, live freely, love
generously, and go out make a difference!
