Hello ‘beautiful’ group of people,
In this post, I will cover the4 main body shapes and here goes.
The 5 main body shapes are as follows.
- Hourglass body shape
- Rectangle Body Shape
- Pear Body Shape
- Apple Body Shape
Let’s face it, most of us don’t have a proportional hourglass, the
“ideal” body shape. However, you can create an illusion of an hourglass
shape. Of course, there are body shapes that won’t truly fit into any
categories. You might be petite or plus size, short or tall, thin-boned
or thick-boned, large-breasted, something in the middle or
small-chested, slim, curvy, chubby or overweight. And the list goes on.
That said, these body features might distort your frame, making it look
like you don’t fit in any of the shapes. Truth of the matter is that
doesn’t matter right now because we’re going to look at your overall
silhouette — the contours of your frame and how your upper and lower
half are in-line with each other — to give you an idea on what you’ll
have to focus on to look proportional.
On my next post, I will reveal the actual and simple step by step do it
yourself guidelines of how to determine your body type. So, stay tuned!
Until then be sure to live, love, make a difference and stay beautiful!
